Due to new US tariff measures, Japan Post has suspended regular shipping to the US.
As a result, shipping to the US is handled by a different carrier. Depending on the size of the package, additional shipping fees may be required and will be charged separately.

Regarding Customs Duties
Customs duties will be charged by your country's customs office when you receive the product.
Payment of customs duties for personal imports is the responsibility of the recipient.
If the product is returned to Japan due to refusal to pay customs duties, we will re-ship the product from Japan to you. Please note that shipping costs will be charged to you before re-shipping, and will be your responsibility.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded at this point.
PRODUCT INVENTORY
Stock inventory changes in real time in inventory quantity.
When there is no stock at the time of receiving your order, if shipment is delayed We will contact you and notify you of shipping schedule date.
If you can not secure the product you ordered, we will contact the customer and refund the purchase price within 24 hours.

RETURN
As soon as the item arrives, please open it and check if the item is defective.
Sorry to trouble you, but if you have any incompleteness etc. in the item, please contact us within 5 business days. We will exchange the product if there is any incompleteness or damage to the product.
Also, if there is a big pain in the outer box of the item, an accident under delivery is considered, so excuse me, please contact the courier.
Returns and cancellations can not be accepted except for baggage damage. Please note that you acknowledge it.
