About the Blackening Finish
This rust-prevention treatment creates a layer of iron oxide on the surface and penetrates into the material itself.
This finish provides high rust prevention by protecting from the inside, and minimizes dimensional change, making it ideal for work tools that require precision.
The elegant, luxurious black color is also a reason for its popularity.

This small saw was created in response to requests from Japanese sailing ship model enthusiasts.
It has been carefully handcrafted by skilled Japanese metalwork craftsmen. Its delicate cutting edge cannot be achieved with any other tool.

50 blades are machined into a 30mm width.
